Reflections under the Dragonfly (Weekend Reflections #43)

Malyss said she was curious to see what was on the other side of the bridge in my Weekend Reflections #41 post. There was a dragonfly on a branch that was sticking out of the water. I opened up the aperture and zoomed in as much as I could. I like the look of the sun reflecting on the water beneath the dragonfly.

  36. I like the look too James. Dragonflies are neat creatures. The only time I see them is when they're whizzing past. One of these days I'll catch one resting like you have.

  40. I have always admired the beautiful iridescence of the dragonfly. I often swam in a little creek when I was a kid and if one of these lit nearby I would hold very still just to marvel at the color. You captured it.
