Two Headed Dog? (Weekend Reflections 116)

Newport Beach, California  ( I just got back from Europe so I probably wont be blogging very much this weekend but I hope to start posting some photos from my trip at  my other blog.)  I'm also looking forward to catching up on the reflections that I missed.

While I was at a stoplight I saw this cute dog and it's reflection reflected in my side view. I thought it would be perfect for Weekend Reflections. Fortunately my camera was right next to me.
If needed, please click the link near the top right corner for Weekend Reflections instructions. Now, lets have some fun with Weekend Reflections!

Wonderful photo, nice frame and excellent reflection in the mirror.

The dog looks a bit like my Lindy. Glad the two-headed version is a reflection, it keeps me busy enough feeding a one-headed dog.
Glad you're back, James, and so am I. I was visiting a friend who asked if I'd like to use her reflection shot in my blog and it is too good to pass up. She took it in Norway, a fabulous shot.

I used to have a lab that loved to hang it's head out the window, slobbering all over everything, brings back fond memories!

I giggled to myself when I saw the picture you took of that dog--who's obviously having the time of his life. What a unique way to capture such a wonderful moment!

I was looking through some of the images I'd missed over the past months--and could not find a way to comment. I wanted you to know I am SO inspired by your photography.

Thank you!

Welcome back, James.

Glad to have you back, James! And looking forward to your pics from Europe! To me it's kind of scary when dogs do that, with so many drivers around who don't know what they're doing.

A reflection within the reflection, well done!

I love your photo. I am sure the dog would like to run in the woods better than being caught in a car which is itself caught in a traffic jam. :-)

Thanks for sharing, James;o)

If that was a red subaru with the dog sticking her head out the window, I'd of said "How'd you manage to snap a pic of us and Kelly when we were on the island for Thanksgiving???" Next time we're heading down your way...I'll shoot you an email!!! (TheChief's brother lives on the island)

Hope you had an excellent trip James, am looking forward to seeing where you were off to this time. Your reflection in a reflection of a mythical two headed dog is wonderful, great reaction to grab the camera and shoot before the light changed. Some photos just won't wait !

As I know how much you love the Red Balloon story from Paris, I think you may enjoy the sailboats on a pool in the Tuilleries... one of those timeless parts of Paris that takes us back deep into our childhoods. Take care James, à bientôt...
