Neshaminy Creek (Weekend Reflections # 410)

The shallow water was moving and a breeze had just started to blow when I took this shot.

Sorry I wasn't around last week. I've been having back problems. :-(

I hope you enjoy the reflections and have a wonderful weekend!

  10. Sorry about your back problems. Because I had a sitting job, I had them too. I can strongly recommend losethebackpain.com They have really helped me get a different view on it to handle the problem, and it's not surgery! The assessment and their train manual have given me my life back - a life without pain and I can do everything I did before, running, jumping, walking stairs, hiking, etc.
You can't lose by at least checking it out.

  12. Nice reflections in that placid pond. I threw my back out yesterday and am a little better after Aleve and range of motion exercises. Need to fly tomorrow and not looking forward to hoisting that heavy camera bag into the overhead bin!

  14. Wonderfully clear reflection in your photo.
Oddly, Linky did not want to show the web images from my post today. It did on another linkup, so I don't get what's wrong. Oh well.
