My wife and I had a great time visiting our family in California but it's good to be back. :-)
I probably should have taken a ride in the balloon, but I settled for a few pictures.
I'm not sure if this reflection shows how big this balloon is, so here's a description: "The Great Park Balloon is the Orange County Great Park’s iconic attraction. With the ability to hold up to 25 to 30 passengers, and soar 400 feet above the surrounding landscape, it serves as a public observation deck for the Great Park’s development and offers an unmatched 360° view that spans 40 miles on a clear day."

ReplyDeleteLooks like a rising moon! I used to see balloons often when I lived in California. They would do tours in Napa, or west of the mountains if it wa too foggy in the Napa Valley. I always wanted to go, but never got around to it.
