I snapped this photo roughly 16 years ago on Rue de Rennes, yet I am still struck by the accidental symphony of green that seems to echo down the street. Once you spot the RATP bus and the boy running with the balloon, you notice the color everywhere: the overhead traffic lights, people's clothing, plants, the hotel and other signs, street bins, the glowing pharmacy crosses in the distance, and even a few minor green reflections.
Green is fine, but my favorite color has always been blue.😎
Please refrain from posting posed pictures, portraits, animals, etc., unless there is a reflection.

Street photography is a genre that documents everyday life in public places. The public nature of the setting allows the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge.

ReplyDeleteI really like the action aspect of this photo, if the people and cars weren't in it, i would think it was the setting on an old fashioned photo, have a nice weekend.
