Chasing Clouds at Shady Brook Farm



It's nice to have plenty of farms and beutiful country between my home and the city.

-I hope to get a reflection meme up and running with in the next couple of weeks. I need to figure out what day of the week to do it, how to use Mr. Linky and how to make a banner for it.

    What a contrast with the last cityscapes. Those trees seem never ending, living in a hilly region it's strange to me to see that far in a field. The title is perfect for the theme with all those cotton clouds!

    Very nice indeed! Here we've got something similar, very close to the city but also just a few blocks away we can find farms, horses and so on...

    Some of the better sky/cloud pictures I have seen for a long while - and with interesting foregrounds. Polarization filter?

    PS Try MckLinky instead - it seems more stable. Give me a hoot when you have decided and I might drop by from time to time.

    Love these.. the clouds are just stunning.... and the tractor and flatbeds really had an interst to me...

    Coming from a farming area I'm as interested in the crops in the fields as in the lovely puffy white clouds. This looks like maize with some pretty young plants - will they really have time to bear a crop before winter?
