Wow, and double wow! How awesome are these pics. They look almost perfect like they're on land. You are good at taking reflective images, I notice :o) I should learn a bit.
ReplyDeleteWhatever you did, especially the second one, makes these pictures look very eerie. Nice touch!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot...it looks like a painting.
ReplyDeleteThese are incredibly perfect. If I didn't know they were water reflections I would have thought them to be oil paintings.
ReplyDeleteI was not able to understand it with the reflection till I watched the leaf which floated on the surface of the water.
ReplyDeleteIt is very wonderful.

ReplyDeleteThese are great! I actually got a little disoriented for a moment — "Why is James posting a dark, blurry photo?" ;) Not like you at all! Love that you kept a little of the grassy bank in the photos.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! The bottom one looks like a painting! But I like the top one more... I'm an out of kilter sort of person! :)

I saw your comment on my AM3 site and you mentioned that we posted similar shots of the same place on the same date. Quite a co-incidence. I decided to go back into the original and see which day I shot it and what time. I took mine on Nov. 1, 2009 a little before 3PM. It would be really funny if it was the same day. I remember it was an overcast kind of blustery day but I do not remember it raining.
ReplyDeleteHere is the link to that photo in larger format on my main page:
