Sunday was a beautiful day so Vicki and I took a drive and we ended up in a little town called Frenchtown in New Jersey. The side of this building caught my eye. I like the bricks, the fire escape and the shadow of the tree. The title of the post is what's written on the front of the building.

Sunday was a beautiful day so Vicki and I took a drive and we ended up in a little town called Frenchtown in New Jersey. The side of this building caught my eye. I like the bricks, the fire escape and the shadow of the tree. The title of the post is what's written on the front of the building.
James, that is a lot of bricks. It is a nice image. I like the red of the fire escape stairs.
ReplyDeleteThat really is a photogenic side of a building. The fire escape adds great lines and the brick has the color and texture...it all adds up to a very cool find and capture!

This view is typically american: we have NOT such escape stairs here!I like the harmony of different reds and the winter light. "Frenchtown"?there's surely a story behind this name...

I have a thing for fire escapes, partly because although we lived in a house and not an apartment building, I saw many downtown in Harrisburg, and I wanted to live where there was a fire escape. Still don't!!
