Florence, Italy
Thankfully I have lots of photos in my archives because I haven't taken any pictures this month/year.
I really need to get out there.
I hope you all had a great week, but if not, hopefully the weekend will make up for it. :)
If needed, please click the link near the top right corner for Weekend Reflections instructions. Now, lets have some fun with Weekend Reflections!
Florence is so beautiful. I could fill up a blog just with photos from Florence. Love your reflection today.

ReplyDeleteOh that boat looks tiny, caught between 'two worlds' !
ReplyDeleteThat's what archives are for -- great photos like this one.
ReplyDeleteAh, l'Arno.. "Chambre avec vue", de E.M. Forster! que de beaux souvenirs, aussi bien litteraires que rééls!Un rêve!
ReplyDeleteYour reflections shots are always an inspiration James!

I like what dawn treader said, it is what I was thinking too!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, I've been caught up in other life things and new photos aren't coming as quickly as they should! Your archives are lovely.

Super reflection James - looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteClearly you still have some great reflections from your trip! And also clearly the US flood plain rules do not apply to the Arno.

I'm in the same boat (so to speak). But you can show me Florence any time!
ReplyDeletegreat shot! :)
ReplyDeleteYes indeed you better get out there! I'm counting on your awesome eye....where this week's image provides a perfect example of what I'm saying. The kayakers provide a wonderful scale to show off the buildings. Well spotted and captured.
ReplyDeleteA striking detailed reflection! Love how the reality is half the image and the reflection is the other! Very dramatic!
ReplyDeleteA marvellous reflection James. Very busy and interesting. Thanks for sharing your photographic images and for hosting this site - in my book, it matters not whether the pix are current or historic; the merit is still there! Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo of this beautiful part of the world. Lovely reflections.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting!
I love Florence! And what a great capture for the day, James! You always do have the best! Thanks as always for hosting the fun! Have a beautiful weekend!

ReplyDeleteWonderful reflections. James, you realy are a reflection master.

ReplyDeletethat rowing boat looks so small on that river. Almsot lost in the reflections.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ! reflection through a painter's eye ! The colours of the buildings are delicious !
ReplyDeleteLoved the photo! I wanted to participate in the weekend reflections, but I have a self-imposed 1 blog a day rule, and I already participate in Friday's Fences...seems there are too many things to link to, and participate in. I could spend all my time just blogging! Anyway, I enjoy the photos. Happy weekend!
