Skywatch Friday Philly Style

I've noticed that it's not easy to get an unobstructed view of the sky in Philadelphia. I'm okay with that since there are so many interesting things to see.

  1. The clouds in these photos just make the picture that much better as do the items in each one. The second one is my favorite one. It looks like they are telling you a story :)

  17. Wonderful captures, James! I must confess, I spent most of my time looking at the detail on the clock tower and the first set of statues. Amazing.

  27. Very dramatic clock tower! Very scary statue - what is the story of this - looks like a depressing thing you see in Europe - inquisition or something. You are right - very interesting views in Philly!

  34. I know Philadelphia only through movies and tv. I already saw the first building, which I find impressive and beautyful. Your two other pictures are beautyful as pictures, with interesting perspectives and angles but the second one shows a quite strange statue or monument. The way you show it makes it even more dramatic..What is it talking about?...

  35. You take awesome photos James. I love the lacy veil that covers the head of the tower.
