I like this photo but I think it would have been better if there was a person looking at the camera from one of the windows. Come to think of it they would be looking at my back since the building is a reflection. The gold ring in this picture is a big antique flood light perhaps from a lighthouse or old ship. It is inside of the antique store so it's not a reflection."Weekend Reflections" rules are simple:

ReplyDeleteI prefer your picture that way, without anyone. A face would attract the eyes; Here ,there are only graphic and geometric lines and circles, the look is lost in the picture,rebounding on the frame, and therefore jumps into dream and imagination..

Oh, I like this photo too. Really captures the quality of the historical, served us well for many years, sturdy row home, unlike it's gentrified counterpart, the townhouse. Has such a dreamy liquid quality and I particularly like the scrollwork on the cast iron vertical element in the foreground. Well done.
