Fort Worth, Texas
This is a sign that is shaped like a bull reflected in the window of a saloon. I didn't go in but I can imagine the sounds of spurs on a wooden floor, whiskey-drinking cowboys and bar fights. I've probably watched too many old movies, but I'm okay with that. :)
In case you're wondering what's on the right side of the photo, there's a cowboy painted on the window. It looks like the bull reflection is jumping over the cowboy's eye.
Have a great weekend!

A great reflection all the way James!
ReplyDeletejoli,bravo et bon w end ;o)
ReplyDeleteThis is a John Wayne kind of place, cool shot!
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend James! :)
Yippie yi o! What a creative reflection as the longhorn leaps over the cowboy! Have a great weekend, James.
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
What a fun reflection for the day, James!! I love it! Thanks as always for the weekend fun! I that, too! Have a beautiful weekend!
ReplyDeleteAnother masterful reflection, James! When I watched Westerns as a kid, I always wondered how they locked those swinging doors (a sure sign that I grew up in a big city).
ReplyDeleteI heard the same echoes from that saloon in my imagination! What a wonderful reflection.
ReplyDeleteso very texas - so very ft. worth. :)
ReplyDeleteThis 'flying cow'is awesome:)
ReplyDeleteSplendid perspective!
ReplyDeleteYou do find some of the most unique reflections! Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteIs that cowboy Woody from Toy Story painted on the window? Cool reflection. I like the reflected bull jumping over the cowboy painted on the window.
ReplyDeleteVery nice James. Interesting also!
ReplyDeleteWould not have known this was a reflection if the words had not been backwards. Great Capture.
ReplyDeleteGreat reflection of the longhorn. The mirror image of the letters gives it away otherwise you could think that you are looking trough glass instead.
ReplyDeleteI can hear the faint sound of the bull urging the others to get out of his way! great reflection AND sign!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I wouldn't be able to pass up this saloon! Sounds intriguing. :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw it, I said "Moo"! Looks like the cow jumping over the moon! Whatever, it makes a VERY good photo!
ReplyDeleteI like the backwards words. You don't realize it's a reflection until you see that!
ReplyDelete(Personally, I don't like going into bars or movies on a bright sunny day. That period of adjustment moving from those dark environments into daylight is so uncomfortable).
Un saut dans l'Amérique !
ReplyDeleteThe cow jumped over the ... love it!
ReplyDeleteFilled with evocations indeed!
ReplyDeleteSawdust on the floor and spittoons ? Didn't quite make it with a reflection this time around, but have some waiting still... maybe next weekend...
ReplyDeleteHello James,
ReplyDeleteIt's a clever capture, the reflection is perfect!
