Paris, France Galerie de Montpensier
Maybe it's not one of my best reflections, but it sure brings back good memories for me. This shot was taken from inside of the apartment where my wife and I have stayed the most during our trips to Paris. Including or first and our most recent trip.
The reflections are on the door and on a glass coffee table that I pushed into the doorway. Why do I like staying here? Well, I love le jardin du Palais-Royal, and as you can see, I only need to open the door to be there.
Have a great weekend!

Bon week-end !
Dreamy! The reflections and the locale!!
ReplyDeleteYou deserve points for actually moving furniture for this one! And how fantastic to stay in a place right on the Palais Royal garden. [un grand soupir]
ReplyDeleteNot one of your best? I think the reflection of the frame on the left in the table top is pretty spectacular.
ReplyDeleteRecording good memories makes for the best of photos. I somehow couldn't see the glass at first and thought the corridor was flooded! I guess because I take so many water reflections.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place to stay in Paris. And an amazing shot with the two reflections!
ReplyDeletevery nice fence! :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice 3-way effect!
ReplyDeleteNice and clever reflection.
ReplyDeletelovely....and to be able to walk right out through that beautiful gate!
ReplyDeletePetite comptine française:

La classe !
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful place. And the reflection is as beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have to disagree, James, this is fabulous! of course, ...how could you miss since it's Parisian?
ReplyDeleteYour reflections are always so clever. A double reflection adds so much more interest to the composition.
ReplyDeleteIt actually is a very nice reflection and view, James, but I have to say that the center of attention for me was the little dog lifting his leg on the tree ... Now, that is what I call good timing :) I don't blame you for loving to stay in this place in Paris :)
