New Hope, PA
Yes, I flipped this reflection upside down. I think it looks better this way. It's a building, some trees and sky reflected in the Delaware Canal towpath. The sun was going down and I was working with very little light so I was surprised that this reflection attempt actually worked.
I hope you are enjoying spring (fall for those who live in the "deep south" below the equator). :-)
Have a great weekend!

A Reflection = An
image given back by a reflecting surface. A PHOTOGRAPH of a REFLECTION or REFLECTIONS.
I like this up side photo. It makes so mystic feeling.
ReplyDeleteWow - very cool. I saved it and flipped it - just to see it the other way. You can clearly tell where the water line is when you look at it flipped. The colors are great - this twilight blue is my husband's favorite color!!
ReplyDeleteFascinating. I would never have thought reflection if you hadn't said!
ReplyDeletesuch a perfect reflection! And upside down is the way to go!!
ReplyDeleteI thought at first that your reflections here were just the ones in the windows of the house. Extra kudos on this one, James!
ReplyDeleteMagic reflection..., and I bring you low light, too ;-). Have a fine weekend - Ghislana
ReplyDeleteNot a ripple in the water's surface! This is truly a "blue hour" photo, and a very nice composition.
ReplyDeleteWOW! I would have loved if you had also shown us the flipped shot but this reflection is perfect. Thanks for hosting and I hope you enjoy the weekend.
ReplyDeleteReally up side? Very cool!
ReplyDeleteThe shade of blue is really nice.
ReplyDeleteI like the colours, but the house is a bit spooky!
ReplyDeleteit is good that you told us that you flipped it because I would have been looking for the reflection otherwise ... very cool, very clear and I like the low light :)
ReplyDeleteAndrea @ From The Sol
Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteHad you not mentioned the flip, I would not have known, James.
Thanks for hosting.
Have a Happy Day!
Peace :)
