She suddenly appeared out of nowhere and then vanished into the darkness. I had to be quick to get the shot.

"Street photography, a genre of photography that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge."
Night photos always have a sense of mystery about them. Wonderfully done especially since you only had a moment to get it right.
ReplyDeleteCaught her in just the right light!
ReplyDeleteIt's easy to become a ghost in such a city.. but not easy to catch them before they vanish!
ReplyDeleteYou did well, I hope she was safe walking in the dark.
ReplyDeleteI loved the mood!
ReplyDeleteLove the lighting on the right side of your capture:)
ReplyDeleteJames, maybe you scared her away? We went out to watch Granddaughter cross the dark street with a neighbor girl to her house and there was a car parked in front of our neighbors with someone sitting in it. Strange. Soon the car door opened and a lady dashed out and up to the neighbor's front door. We didn't see her again. No camera with us.
ReplyDelete..
