Wow, what beautiful images! I can't choose. I really like the blue sky in the color one but I noticed the shadow of the tree on the road in the black and white. Enjoy them both!
I really enjoyed the reflection below and the flag above, but this tree standing with all this richness of the long life it had - it is truly amazing! I want to be like this tree when I am 100 years old :)

What a wonderful shape that tree is. I like the idea of providing two takes of the same view.
I asked a dumb question on the other one..LOL. But I like the Black and White much better for some reason. Looks more realistic to me :)
I can't decide which one I like best. It's a gorgeous photo, is that tree really bare already?
Both takes are great but I'm partial to the B&W one. Must be an early shedder, right?
I'll take the color, always. Nature is in color. Great B&W anyway.

Beautiful! I like it better than the B&W one, agree with Vogon Poet that nature is in colour!

LOL! I just came from there. Both are great. The monochrome is perfect for the bare tree, but I love the blue sky of this one!
I must admit I prefer by far the B&W one...

No electricity here due to typhoon. Its back now:).
The road leads us into a welcoming scene - such a color was the sky! Looks like the clouds mimic the road.

Now that is perfect. Love that tree. Everything about that shot is cool. The angle of the tree to the log cabin is great.

Both the b7w an color versions are grea images! Excellent composition! I am partial to the blue sky in this one.

I liked both photos. The black and white was haunting.
A great silhouette of the tree. It looks best against the blue sky.
