Irvine, California A balloon reflected in a window
My wife and I had a great time visiting our family in California but it's good to be back. :-)
I probably should have taken a ride in the balloon, but I settled for a few pictures.
I'm not sure if this reflection shows how big this balloon is, so here's a description: "The Great Park Balloon is the Orange County Great Park’s iconic
attraction. With the ability to hold up to 25 to 30 passengers, and soar
400 feet above the surrounding landscape, it serves as a public
observation deck for the Great Park’s development and offers an
unmatched 360° view that spans 40 miles on a clear day."

Can you believe that it's been 7 years since Weekend Reflections started? Thank you all for coming here and sharing your reflections over the years. Hopefully we will have many more years of reflections!

I'll be traveling this week and next so Weekend Reflections will be prescheduled.

This reflection was in the window of a cafe. The cafe was closed and the lights were off, but the back wall was illuminated by a partial reflection of a giant mural across the street. It reminded me of being at the movies.

Reflections of trees that shed their leaves on a breezy day.
I took this shot awhile ago but I think I noticed the leaves under the water before I noticed the tree reflections.
It's September and that means my favorite season will soon be here! :-)
