This is a reflection of a pegasus statue and some trees in a fountain at the Mirabell Gardens in Salzburg. The coins, leaves and debris in the fountain look like stars to me, also there is a coin or a leaf that looks like a menacing eye on the Pegasus reflection.
It's great to be back and I look forward to seeing lots of great reflections!

Very cool reflection! The coins do look like stars and I love the eye. Excellent!
Sunny :)
Stunning find and capture! I love how the coins create such possibilities for the imagination. The eye of the horse is placed so perfectly! This is a wonderful post!
Congratulations James, outstanding reflection!

Magical. Great capture, again!
Welcome home, sounds like a wonderful trip.
James, this is like a dream... A dark dream! Wonderful!
What a great angle you shot from! Nice reflection.
There´s magic in you image.
My reflection
Superbe reflet...bravo
Your reflection is very good and I think that one of the reason is that the coin/leaf for the eye!!
When you talk about Saltzsbourg I want to go there - I have to go back one day.
Merry Christmas and a Happy new year!!!

Excellent idea and a very good image. A fantastic reflection, even in the literal meaning of the adjective...
Very creative shot. You couldn't have placed the objects in the water any better than they are. It has a rather ghostly affect and looks like a howling wind surrounding everything. Thanks for sharing this spectacular image James.
James. You are the master of reflections. This photo is wonderful. Each week it gets better and better.
The first thing I noticed was the eye on the horse. It just looks surreal. Beautiful my friend. You've got quiet the eye for this. I love it :) TBK
What a stunning picture and a wonderful reflection. I love all your traven photo's I just saw
Wonderful capture from a kewl perspective! I've shared colorful beach sunsets reflected in a variety of windows at Happily Retired Gal this week ;-)

Glacial Reflection
This was a highly original version!
PS Not many reflections from me at present, but I hope to be back some time in the new year.
What an unusual and beautiful shot. Mine is more conventional but I hope you like it.
Good one, James!
a wet pegasus - marvellous
this is a wonderful photo!
Very creative to see the coins and leaves as stars and the eye of the Pegasus! Beautiful reflection.
Very well composed, James. The eye is the icing on the cake, the coin in the pudding.
Good to have you back.
Great reflection! I love the "accidental eye" on the Pegasus!
Wonderful reflection! Sorry I'm so late today...
Row, Row, Row Your Boat
Your picture is very unusual and very creative.
I like the complexity added by the the coins and leaves! Very nice!
An awesome reflection James. Good to have you back.

Beautiful reflection and interesting composition. I like this "coin effect", good observation.
Wow James, very cool. Spectacular catch...good eye.
welcome back James!
Beautiful (& inspiring) reflection-as always! & yes the coins do look like stars.
I bet it was extra fun looking for reflections in another country.
: )
Welcome back! Excellent photo, combining the reflection with the not-reflected to make a unified whole. Bravo!
The shadow of the tree is a decoration of the statues.
Thank you for a beautiful present of Christmas.
Welcome back, James. Your shot is awesome!
That's such an amazing picture, that I had to look at it twice to understand what it was. Beautiful !
Most excellent reflection. Tim Burton would have been happy to see it in one of his movies.
A Pegasus with wet feet!
Happy Holidays! Not much time to blog but I will be back.
This picture is so very cool! Love the wild horse eye.
My reflection is much tamer, just the Chaunuka candles (with mouse).
Awesome.
I found my little square Kodak print of the gazebo from Sound of Music... taken from a bus in a snow storm. Not the best photo, but still bring back memories 30+ years later!
That's my favourite one yet---it would make a wonderful cover for a fantasy novel I'm thinking!
Thank you for sharing photos of your trip; it sounds wonderful!
Quite a haunting reflection! You get the feeling that many eyes have strayed here and dreamed awhiles!
Great reflection! It has a mystical quality.
Fabulous photo and reflection, James. Merry Christmas.
I love the sense that the refelction creates a new sky, and the statue is very cool! Thanks for providing this site!
The eye of the horse could not be better!
Beautiful reflection! Thanks for hosting this meme, James. Have a wonderful weekend :)

Thanks for the visit, James. I really appreciate it.
Have a good weekend!
What a wonderful reflection.
That is one magnificent picture! B : )
This is an extraordinary reflection, James. And it does look a lot like a constellation, especially with the wonderful pegasus.
You sure do have a ball in your time over there. Did you sing "The hills are alive?" to "The Sound of Music?"
Awesome!
Hello James.
I will post a little late. Still has jet lag:)
Merry Christmas!
This is beautiful! I thought it was a night sky until you mentioned the leaves in the bottom of the pond.
Cool! I might be just a little late for this but will soon post my reflection pic here by the evening :-)
What an awesome catch!
Brilliant shot!
