Island Reflections (Weekend Reflections # 92)

Balboa Island, Newport Beach, California

Vicki and I love to take evening walks on Balboa Island. Normally I watch the sunset but this time I turned around in time to discover some pretty cool reflections. About a second after I took this shot a duck swam by and ruined the reflections. :)

If needed, please click the link near the top right corner for Weekend Reflections instructions. Now, lets have some fun with Weekend Reflections!

It is so still, like a mirror. I can understand why you go there so often.

A perfect shot! You can even turn the photo upside down and don't see the difference.

What a wonderful reflection shot! I can't believe the water is so still for such a mirror image.

Good luck on your epidural - I hope all comes out well for you.

Now, THIS is quite a mirror reflection, minus the mirror.

Hope the epidural brings you relief.

I'm with you for the epidural..I went to hospital today, and have big problems with my knee..
And I can't link! I tried the way you explained last week , but could not.

Lyckily, your picture offers some peace and serenity.Sometimes it's good to get lost in such mirrors..

Those damn ducks!! LOL.
Perfect mirror reflection. Love the shot. Even the boats are perfectly reflected.
Hope you feel better. I had one of those injections once. Better to stay flat for as long as possible. The headache can be a BIT%@ Blog tomorrow instead-or from the couch.
Happy weekend James.

Hello, JAMES.

Three houses look like the expression of three people.
The domestic annual rings may be engraved there.

Thank you for heartwarming scene.
Have a good weekend.

Greetings.

The angle of this scene makes me thinkof the canals in Amsterdam - both with houses of people who are well to do:)
