The VIP Table. (Weekend Street/Reflections # 79)

 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reading Terminal Market was fairly crowded but this guy had a long table all to himself. I wondered why until I saw a clue on the Coke can and then it made sense. 😀

About the Reading Terminal Market:

"Welcome to the Reading Terminal Market. One of America’s largest and oldest public markets, housed since 1893 in a National Historic Landmark building, the Market offers an incredible selection of locally grown & exotic produce, locally sourced meats and poultry, plus the finest seafood, cheeses, baked goods, and confections. You’ll find everything you need to create a memorable meal, from cookbooks, to table linens, to kitchenware, to fresh cut flowers, and more. Plus the widest variety of restaurants under one roof. Find it all here at Philadelphia’s historic public market!"

                                              Have a nice weekend!

Now you can link reflections and/or street photography.

Please no posed pictures, portraits, animals, etc. unless there is a reflection.

James, great intimate portrait of this fellow. The Coke can just made me smile.

I need some of those, my favorite soft drink, marked like that if it would give me more elbow room.
We missed that market times we visited Philly. Once with family but my employer, Philco Corp, offices there. I was a "Philco Tech Rep" working in New Hampshire as an Aerospace Engineer at the Air Force Satellite Tracking Station until I relocated here at the NASA Houston Space Center.
Jim, still at bad conduct with google

He looks like he's watching someone intently while getting ready to take a bit bite of food.

You caught that look in his eye that would make me think twice if he were my boss. Reminds me of a mastiff guarding his bowl of dog chow.
