Rome, Italy
This doorway reminded me of a spiderweb. Ragnatela is the Italian word for spiderweb.
Have a good weekend!

The people framed in the doorway bright your photo alive. Thank you for hosting this site, James.
Ragnatella! I look forward to this get together every week to see what you're up to. That's another fine photo, James
titre parfait pour cette belle image !
You know what it reminds me of, one of those old victorian metal cages they have over some of the older graves in cemeteries, the man looks like he's dressed for an evening out.
Great shot - his pose really adds to it, with the back lighting....it's inviting me in!
James you are right it reminds me of a spider's web as well. great capture with the man in the middle. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a great week ahead.
The classic dress code is impressive
Nice catch, James. Of course he noticed you, probably looking shocked rigjht at you there, then. Revolving doors are too fast and tricky when you are walking with a cane. I like to use the pushbutton to the right and walk through the door.

The severely parted hair and the web-like enclosure set a sinister scene. For my photo I selected the pink sky reflecting off the handrail of the garden stairway.
Yes, it has a spidey-vibe! Great picture!
A great B&W street shot again. I like it.
Looks like a movie scene from The great Gatsby!
