Mr. Fluffbottom's Neighborhood

I saw these sheep last week while I was walking around in the same area where I took the last Weekend Reflections picture and the picture of the white and red mill with the squares and rectangles. My first thought was of my blogger friend Sunny at (Barnyards and Barnacles). Then I noticed that all but one of them were ignoring me. So I asked the one that was looking my way to smile for the camera. It looks like Mr Fluffbottom has a sense of humor because he stuck out his tongue instead. I also took a picture of the sheep's house. On top of the tree covered hill to the right of the barn is a structure called Bowman's Tower.
Sunny posts so many wonderful photos of barns and barnyard animals plus all sorts of other interesting things . She's also an excellent poet. In a recent post she said that the black and white photo project at my Something Sighted blog has inspired her to start posting more black and white photos. I look forward to seeing them.

These are great. I have a little Border-Collie mix dog called Lupe that would love to herd Mr. Fluffbottom.

Ha! Good one! Reminds me of that cartoon that says, 'I'm not fat. I'm just fluffy.'

I like Mr Fluffbottom! I love that first picture. All but one looking your way, you could never get them to do that if you wanted to.

Did you tell mr Fluffbottom that he was naughty and that you'd like a nice new wool sweater?

I like the barn! Mr. Fluffbottom needs an attitude adjustment, it's not polite to stick out your tongue, especially at strangers.

Love that barn!

And I really love a sheep with attitude! How adorable is that!

I too have been appreciating Sunny's blog. Her b&w photo was gorgeous, and I can't wait to see more!!!

When I saw the name of your post, well I just couldn't imagine. Then I arrived and was delighted! It couldn't be more perfect that he stuck his tongue out. Really adds to the character. And that barn photo has so much personality with the contrast and play of light and so well composed. This is a lovely post.

How does one earn the name Fluffbottom? All the bottoms look fluffy to me!

Is this a movie starring Robin Williams? A ewe-thful version of Mrs. Doubtfire? The inquiring mind of «Louis la Vache» wants to know!

"Fluffer" should loose its coat pretty soon!
Sheep are very calm animals and one can concentrate while taking their portrait.

I don't think I have ever been that close to a sheep!
