This portrait is so cool ! I like the way this woman looks at you, I reconize this parisian looks that seems to claim : "what the hell are you doing taking picture of a puddle..." (I was kind of glad, when I left this area for the auvergne, where people are much more nice)...

Have a nice week-end, James.

Wow, hardly a reflection one would expect in a puddle. You have such a good eye, James!

Since you've been there several times. When you go with the train/tram W-ward (for 30+ min)you come to the suburb StGermain and can visit the castle StGermain-en-Laye.
This was in my search for my mother's fam.. Later I heard that St Germain was a pretty common name at a certain time

You do come up with some incredible reflections! They usually take me a while to get my head the right way round.

I found myself looking for the reflection, not realizing that I was seeing it head on!

The reflections that you get in your puddles are always so clear, they're amazing!

Ah, lovely Paris...and I do love that wonderful St. Germain liquor which your title brings to mind.

I have added my Arabian sea reflections.

Hello James
Oh this is one of the prettiest boulevards of Paris.
I enjoyed sitting out side Café de Flore having the most expensive cup of coffee - a great place for people watching!

Thank you for hosting!
Wishing you an enjoyable week.

At first I didn't realize this was a reflection in a puddle. The architectural detail is still so beautiful!
