Pierrot in a Poster (Weekend Reflections # 260)

Bensalem, Pennsylvania

My cat Pierrot was at the vet's office looking out the window when I noticed that he, the window and the top of my wife's head were reflected in a cat poster.

Have wonderful weekend!

It's like the poster cat is watching you take the shot. It's amazing, once sensitized to it, how many reflections there are all around us! I marvel at how clearly your focus on the reflection...definitely not as easy as you make it look!

How cool that you have a large cat poster in your house ... And your cat Pierrot is adorable, but I question his longing look at the Vets office ... could there be a pretty little feline prancing in their door? This is an awesome shot, Dave and it is interesting how your wife's face seems to have faded out ... that is very artistic in itself. Such fun we have with your meme ... Thanks again for hosting it :)

Wow... And once again : "les grands esprits se rencontrent", dear James... I did caught a reflection of a poster this week, too... And there is a correspondance between the poster reflected and the objet reflecting it, too !!! ^^

I love yours, though : cats are always the best subjet for taking a good picture.

Pierrot is such a pretty specimen, and Winter just asked me if he has a fiancée already (she only fall in love with white cats just like her... She's already planning a visit in USA, I have to hide my credit card, I think).

Ghostlike effect. That must be one huge poster to be able to reflect that whole scene. :-)

Very creative and well spotted (you always do that), hope he wasn't desperate to run away!

p.s. I'm still in schock (= envious of your other post).

Hi James Great capture of your cat. I have now safely arrived back from 6 weeks away so have LOTS of editing to do!! Thanks for looking in on my posts while I was away and commenting. I appreciate that very much. Thanks for linking me in when I needed that.
