Le Kiosque de Paris (Weekend Street/Reflections # 22)

Paris, France

Some yellow flowers to brighten the day!

I think the woman on the bike wants a bouquet to go with her scarf.

Have a great weekend!

GooS action in your street photo, James. Did you buy a flower from this seller?

The bright colour has caught her eye.

James, oil and gas pipelines are NOT safe. They leak all the time. There have been 3,200 pipeline accidents from 1987 to 2019. The U.S. has over three million miles of gas and liquid pipeline. In 2019, the last year for complete data and a year of lower than average incidents, the U.S. had 614 pipeline incidents with 10 dead and 35 injured resulting in $259 million dollars in damages. Rail transport is also a dangerous way to transport oil. Perhaps we will use less oil as electric cars become more common. I am glad you bought a flower from this fellow. He looks like he could use all the help he can get. Good bargaining skills.

Be is more interested in selling them to you than to the young lady biker

Hah, can tell you are married, otherwise you would not think of such a thing (about the woman wanting a yellow bouquet to go with her scarf). Have a great weekend! Jeshie2

Good photo, James.
Those pretty flowers ought to go fast. I'm thinking that he has more not in plain sight.

Well seen. Now if only she had bought a bouquet and paused in front of that bright blue wall, you'd have another photo.

Good street photo. I wonder did you see that yellow scarf first and take the photo or the other way around.

You always take the best candid shots. Well done.

ce vendeur n'a pas l'air à l'aise avec ses bouquets mais on a envie de lui en acheter un d'autant que ces petites jonquilles de printemps sont généralement un petit gagne-pain bien utile * belle image colorée !

Another perfect picture of LIFE, James!...jp

La saison des jonquilles fut si courte cette année à cause du temps... Cette photo donne vraiment envie de mettre du soleil dans sa maison.
