You caught an animated discussion in this park. He is explaining something with great seriousness.
hmmm I'm not sure if he's trying to explain himself to the other man or he's gesturing towards you. I'd love to know what they are discussing.
It looks like he's angry with you....you've caught them plotting something sinister ;)
He’s looking right at you and gesturing. That would make me nervous.
