Someone must have been polishing the headstone! This must be your pre-Halloween post. :)

I also combined bench and reflection today. A strange bench.

Shalom to you and all.

That's a great shot for this month! I linked up my other Friday post... it's serving many purposes today, since the photo had reflections!

Have a good weekend!

A good introduction to Halloween!

Was it a marble headstone? Great reflection, it definitely has a ghostly look to it.

Love it! You have led me to the "Benches" meme! Thank you!

I hope the "ghostly" part will not "materialize"... :O

Thumbs up, this is great!

Perfect reflection for Halloween-time. I'm wondering what material the headstone was made out of. I'm guessing marble.

I would never have thought of doing this James..... but will look out for this in the future... I have a friend who makes gravestones and fits them... we call him 'Tombstone Len;

Great to see you managed to get a bench in as well...

OMG...how cool is this. Very eerie for this time of year. I would have deleted this one in a heart beat. But you know I'm learning not to because of your blog :) Well done. Love it. Have a great weekend. :) TBK

amazing catch James. It just goes to show what you find when you really take notice. I love this idea for a meme.
I participated last weekend but never got to link in. I am searching for something for tomorrow, wish me luck!

Glad to see you found a bench too! A cemetray is a great place for benches. I went to an old cemetary in town here because I saw one bench thru the fence and left the cemetary with more than 10 photos of different benches!

This reflection at the cemetary is perfect for the halloween month of October. What a good idea. Happy Weekend Reflection to everyone!

That is definitely some shiny headstone. My Weekend Reflectio is still in Alaska, but I've been home for three weeks.

The reflection has a somewhat eerie look...no reflection on your ability to take great pictures!
I have got to take some reflection photos so I can join in on the fun!

This must be one of the most special reflections I have seen. A bit spooky, but the bench makes up for that :-)

Otherworldly and disquieting. Hope to join the bunch soon with something new...

I love photographing in cemeteries, James! But I never saw a ghost or maybe he hid from me... LOL!:)

This one would be spooky in B&W. Play with the tones, dim things out a bit.

Nice shot James.

And I'm intrigued by the mirror itself — I like the design peeking on the upper left-hand corner.

Nice post combining the memes James and that reflection is amazing. Like killing two birds with one "stone" as they say!

When you say you encourage everyone to enlarge the photo do you mean you write that in the post or should they be big already on the post? If I make it too big it sticks outside the border :( LOL TBK

Sorry.... I was sooo disappointed. I should have known better, it's happened to me before too. Sorry.

James, what a unique reflection. Thanks for your comments and the heads-up, I did forget to sign on with McKlinky.

Ok James, thanks for the info. This is bookmarked already and will try my first entry next weekend. I don't wanna be late. :) Happy Sunday!

Hi James,
Sorry I was late, I was out of town from Friday until just a few hours ago - no computer. But figured I would join in with something anyway.

Yes it was pretty cold in MN, as we were actually out camping, our last trip this season. It was getting down to the mid-twenties for the first couple of nights, but then warmed up on Sunday and Monday. Was actually pretty warm today, of course we were on the way home at that point. Pretty tired right now.
