The focus is on the bridge railing
The focus is through the railing
Believe it or not this is the same river as last Wednesday's post, what a difference a few miles make.
I don't really know for sure what the bridge's name is, but I was standing on a bridge above the Delaware River between New Hope Pennsylvania on the right and Lambertville New Jersey on the left. As you can see I was fighting with the sun while taking these, but the came out okay I think.
The drive to New Hope is so beautiful, I really need to find some places to pull over next time so I can take some pictures.
This is a Wednesday triple.

This would look great in a frame for all three photos. Great job.
Very beautiful progression of photos. I hope to see more in the future.
Thank you so much for these wonderful 3 shots! It's outstanding!
I imagine a good energy in this place, a beautiful and peaceful nature!
Those little lights at the first shot are magnificent, you are an artist!
God bless you

Wohoo, what a tryptich! Fantastic!
superbe, j'aime bien le flou sur la deuxieme photo
Very beautiful photos. I love the 2nd very much, it is a very unique view.
Beautiful setting and perfect for all three themes.
They are all so pretty, but the third one is my favorite. I like the way you can see the fall color on the trees reflected in the water!
James, these are all fantastic. I really love the bottom one.
It's really fun to change the focus on the same scenes! The effects really compliment each other! Great photos for all 3 memes...fun!
Such fantastic shots -- as always, James! I can't really choose a favorite because I love the perspective from each of them.
Have a great day!

Beautiful vistas!
Hi James,
My sister would love this photo. She use to live just over the bridge in Lambertville. I always enjoyed visiting New Hope, it is beautiful area.
That is just stunning my friend. I love it. There will be an award on my blog tomorrow for ya :)

Ahh, like thees, 3 different, but the same. You have been working the motive, well done.
I love the shot through the bridge!!
3 fantastic shots... each as good if not better as the one before..
Beautiful photos of the river with autumnal forest colours. Like the contrast with your other one. A river of many personalities.
Great shots! I love the perspective through the railing. I hate when I can't find a place to stop when I see something to shoot. My luck I would get stopped by a cop!
Great shots. Love them all, but I think the second is my favorite - really neat perspective. The Delaware really is an amazing body of water, and New Hope is one of my favorite places. Kathy
The third one is my favorite, but they're all nice.
Great illustration on the focal points. Everything looks so delightful with the golds, reds, greens and orange in the background.
I like the 3rd pic, looks like into into a telescope.
I love the first picture--so peaceful with the solitary boater on the river. But all three are interesting perspectives on the same scene. Thanks for sharing!
all three are excellent photos of a beautiful scene
Neat image through the iron fence - I love natural frames.
What a nice calm peaceful day. Makes me want to be there!
My watery entry, hope you like it too
Astounding! Stunning! Spectacular! Gorgeous!
Love the 2nd photo. The perspective is awesome! I agree with previous comments - frame these for a wall collage!
Fantastic Frame! Great shot!
If you have a moment — I would love you to stop by and say hi!

Great shots. I like all three with their different perspectives.
This is a fun series of shots. Looks like you really enjoy playing around with your camera. I love the magnificent view!
Beautiful captures James!

Wonderful photos, well done framing the the river thru the railing.
Amazing James....just viewing nature's finest really makes us in awe.
Mine today is the Annual Jazz Festival in town. Come by if you can. CLICK HERE
Have a glorious Wednesday.
Agree these should be in some kind of tryptich - hope I spelled that right--all three are splendid in their own right, too.
Am in awe! Don't be afraid in taking pictures with the sun you think hinders. I think the new tech auto filters it for you, hence the pictures came out very much alright.
What spectacular photos! We use to visit Frenchtown on a regular basis and loved to eat at the Hotel American. Folks don't realize how gorgeous NJ "horse" country is. Thanks for the reminder of many pleasant Sunday afternoons.Have a great day.
Great photos! I love the progression.
Thank you for sharing them with us.

Happy OW!!
What spectacular fall weather you had on that day. The scene is gorgeous and you really added some interesting features to it with that unique railing.
Wow, these are really fantastic James! Thanks for sharing. I really like the bridge detail, and the focus through the bridge. Your lighting and colours are intriguing. I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Wow! I love all three. Fantastic composition Such a gorgeous scene. These will make a beautiful collage. =)

What BEAUTIFUL watery images here ... photographed from interesting and unique perspectives! Thanks for dropping by Small Reflections. I appreciate your feedback about my mosaics. I can hardly believe it, but I'm celebrating my 2nd Blogoversary there now and I'd like to invite you to visit again when time permits. I've created mega-collages of some of my favorite mosaics ... just because ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
Just lovely, James. Nice series with great colors and lighting!
Very nice!
This is one of your best!
Sunny :)
Lovely, James!
I love New Hope! You're right...the drive there is gorgeous. There used to be a club called Chez Odette in New Hope. Odette was an old (ancient) Zeigfield Follies girl. She would come down the staircase, singing in a gravely voice...and the audience had better be quiet while she performed. What a hoot!
Jane (artfully graced)
ps Have you been to Hawk Mountain Conservancy? It's awesome...especially this time of year when the migratory birds fly over.
These three photos are beautiful: I really like the difference between
the second and third but the first is a masterpiece!
Fabulous post, thanks!
