Adobe Church (Weekend Reflections # 91)

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Another reflection from New Mexico. This time it's an adobe church and a white tree under a beautiful blue sky. It reflected in the window across the street.
I have a California reflection at my other blog.

If needed, please click the link in the top right corner for Weekend Reflections instructions. Now, lets have some fun with Weekend Reflections!

Dear James, i'm sorry to have to write this, but like last week, impossible to link!I guess the 2.0 version does not accept french bloggers?..And what does "Click an ad link" mean?..I'd like to help you but I don't understand!
And BTW, your reflection is gorgeous! I like this word, "adobe"..and the colors make a marvellous contrast, beautyfully underlined by the white frame.

Magniifica light, I love the reflection in the window.

As always your reflections are wonderful. The framing is very appealing offsetting the image. I NEVER click through to ads, but for you-I did. Dangerous to click a camera shop ad-potential to spend money, yikes. Happy weekend.

A perfect picture. So pleasant.

I clicked.
Thanks for all the trouble and expense you go through to make this meme meeting place for us.

I love the glow of the tree against the warmth of the building
and then the framing makes it all perfect

Ah... the colors of New Mexico... warm and inviting. And what a wonderful tree in your reflection too, James. Is that a eucalyptus?

Rather than click on an advertisement, I'd be willing to donate to the cause. Do you have a PayPal account?

It seems that you're right about Tomas Gudmundsson! There was no name around the statue, but I know that some poets prefer it being so (In France, Chateaubriand has no name on his grave)
You're much more talented than me with Internet!! :o)(To thank you once again, I go back to "ad click"! :o)

Incredible blue sky, even in a reflection.

James,
What a perfect blue sky of New Mexico and its reflection!! The shot is more beautiful than framed painting. White frame, building, white tree and its shadow・・・, everything is fit in harmony.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I love those adobe buildings in New Mexico and this church is such a wonderful warm, uplifting, and cheerful color against the brilliant blue sky. Sometimes churches can be a little ponderous and even a little scary and intimidating. I love the alive and joyful feel of this one!

Hey James, slipped in here just under the wire I hope, with the little reflection you noticed in the lid of the picnic jug there at the horse races.

Hope all is well with your moving and travelling, I'm sure you're having a field day wherever you are right now. Beautiful blue sky there to set off the adobe... in the footsteps of Georgia O'Keefe...
