The Reflection Watcher (Weekend Reflections # 351)

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This guy was looking at a reflection of Philadelphia's City Hall tower and if he turns his head to the left he will see a reflection of another building. I just noticed that the two hanging light fixtures behind the glass seem to be lighting the two reflected buildings.

After I took this shot I walked closer and took another. Next week I'll post a photo of the "watcher" or at least his silhouette reflected with the buildings.

Happy Reflecting!

I love how there's a bit of a 'doubled' reflection of part of city hall. Looking forward to seeing where your lens took you next!

Maybe a new version of Rodin's "The Thinker". "The Gazer" we could call it ... you could become famous :) I have to admit the reflection is fascinating and I am guessing if I were there, I would be gazing as well. Great shot, James :)

You do capture the most fascinating reflections. The city tower is really elegant- I'd love to see it in person.
But I wonder is the trash from tourists. If so, shame on them.

Oh, nice! The guy is a good addition. And I like that the top and bottom are open.

Great reflection! It's a shame that the sidewalk is so littered.
