Reflet d'Or (Weekend Reflections # 555)

Lyon, France

A shop window near Place Bellecour. I should have had a little more patience and tried to capture the entire reflection of the golden head, but as I often do, I made a mental note to come back...but never did.

Have a great weekend!

Your omission makes the reflection look all the more sinister.

Pour ma part je trouve la photo tout à fait convaincante. C'est assez effrayant comme climat. Cela rappelle une série française de mon enfance qui s'appelait Belphegor.

Nice. I also wanted to say I loved the shot and story that went with it from last week. Young people give me a lot of hope. People my age are beginning to really disappointment in their attitudes...

For not being patient, I think you still did great. I agree with Mersad.

It makes me think of Belphégor! Do you know the Fantom of the Museum..? I like the picture that way.

Don't we all do that! Just this week I took a photo and then when I was editing and looked up some info I said "oh, I have to go back, before I feature the photo.
I try to remind myself to look more carefully and walk around an object if possible.
