I used to be addicted to sugar and all types of baked goods until last year when I decided to eat a healthier diet. It was easier than I thought. However, all of my restrictions go out the window when I travel.😎

James, I have tried to post my street photos for the two weeks, but Microsoft says it is a dangerous and won't allow my post. I am sorry about that. I have always enjoyed your site and your photography. I also love sweets, and have recently been eating less.
I'm the same. I've been doing keto for the last 6 months and I'd rather have something savoury than sweet.
