Newtown

Today my wife and I drove to our new neighborhood for lunch and a walk. It's very different than what we're used to. Newtown was established in 1684 and has less than 3,000 people. The buildings, shops and houses are very quaint and there are plenty of mature trees.
Then we took a short drive to an indoor farmer's market where we had ice cream that was made by Amish people. Yum!

So far we love it here. Tomorrow we go to our new church.

You made it! Great; I wish you all the best in your new hometown and I am sure we will see plenty of pics. I love historical old towns and could visit them over and over again. Thanks for sharing. And say Hi to Victoria for me. We will be having fireworks in her honour tomorrow evening somewhere! Queen Victoria of course.

Looks like a nice clean town. I can imagine visiting the bike shop and cigar shop often.
