He can really say "Gone Fishin'" :-)
Lovely scene...I bet he's been waiting all winter to enjoy the fishing like that.
I entered the title of the post instead of my name, because it said "title" - oops.
Great reflections! It looks pretty shallow where he is standing. I wonder if he caught anything.
Sunny :)
The covered bridge makes me think of the movie with Clint Eastwood and Meryl Streep, in Madison county..The reflection is there enough to be seen, and light enough to seem to vanish in the little waves...So peaceful!
I've seen fishermen standing in the middle of rivers before but this one looks a bit bewilderded to me.
Beautiful photograph.
Costas.
the water is beautiful
gentle ripples add to all the wonderful reflections
What an amazing reflection and lovely colors. I like the calm water surface around the right bridge pillar and the warm colors of the reflection.
Perfect mirror image of the fisherman.
I like this very much, James!
Oh that's a good one. I love the way the bridge and its reflection frames the fisherman's own peaceful world out there.
Nice shot, the fisherman just adds that little extra.
Wow love the reflections!
Amazing one James.
Happy weekend.
Your contrast between light and dark and between fisherman in a light mood with a heavy bridge over him is great.
Now I want to go fishing. Duh, how'm I going to do that, huh? Love all the reflections here!
Great shot! I like the covered bridges and sometime will search for some of them in Central PA.
I like the gentle ripple effect on this one. The reflections are just awesome. Have a great weekend my friend :)
That is a lovely picture. First I didn't see where the reflection was. LoL Great shot
Just wonderful photo and reflection!
Wish you a great weekend:-)
That is a lovely reflection James! Such a beautiful scene.
I don't even like fishing, but this is such a peaceful scene it makes me want to go do it!
I hope he has a good catch!
nice one, James. And it's a covered bridge, too - even better! I like it!
Beautiful capture with a marvelous reflection of this covered bridge!
Hugs and blessings,
Outstanding. Love this refection of the fisherman.
What a perfect reflection- not to mention beautiful! Someone's gone fishing.. Cheers-
nice reflection! covered bridges, one of my favorites!!
Pretty reflections.
Hi. I thought I would join in. I am really into reflections right now. Your picture is gorgeous.
James, via SisterTex's blog I'm so sorry to hear that Bucky passed away. I didn't know where else to say this. I want you to know I left a comment on Vicki's blog and just wanted to let you know as well that my thoughts and aloha go out to you my friend. :) You and Vicki are such wonderful people :) May Bucky rest in peace :)
The proportions here are terrific, James. Blocky, chunky and imposing. The lone figure makes it all very idyllic. Quite wonderful ...
Huge, beautiful reflections that completely fill the photo! And love how the fishing guy is standing surrounded by this wonderworld.
Great shot James. That guy fishing makes it perfect.
A beautiful image and reflection. I'll bet that fellow is truly enjoying himself.
it all looks so romantic...
What a lovely shot and the reflections are fantastic. Have a great weekend.
I like the symmetry of that reflection in the water. Nice angle James.
Wonderful composition!
Alone with your thoughts in the middle of peaceful surroundings… I can get to like this sport.
Lovely textures all over: the wooden planks, the stone base, the jumble of trees, the rippling water, the soil. Wonderful!
How sturdy the structure and how vulnerable the lone fisherman looks. A beautiful study of reflections
captured in one shot.
Very nicely framed by the bridge and its reflection!
I think this is one of the few covered bridges I have not yet visited. This is very nice!
What a perfect place to remain, surrounded by floating time.
Please have a nice weekend.

I love the contrast of the large bridge structure against the smallness of the fisherman - very striking! & of course, lovely reflection shot.
have a great weekend James & thanks for hosting!
An exact distorted mirror effect :-) I'm sure the guy's having fun with fishing :-)
Pixellicious Photos
Excellent composition.
Anna :)
Wow! simple amazing.
Hi James,
McLinky list is not working. I have one too on my Macro Flowers bog and I was notified in a comment that it does not work.
I came here to see if your list works but this is out too. The dashboard is not accessible either.
I'm quite new in Mclinky and I thought you know how to fix this.
Please let me know if you find out something.
Thanks.
Impossible to join today via MckLinky, but here are my contribution:

Great photo James
Sorry to bother you again James, the list works now, it was fixed (for now).
Wow! That is a fantastic picture. I love it. And, to top it off it looks like it was a perfect day for fishing as well. I hope he caught something.
Beautiful reflection! I hope he had some luck with the fishing.
What a peaceful image, James!
Looks like a great day for fishing! Wonderful reflection :)
I really like this picture - the orange accent of the fisherman's vest ... the way the covered bridge is completely shown in reflection. It sets a very idyllic mood.
One of your best images, I really love this.
A gorgeous, natural frame!
That's beautifully shimmery with wonderfully clear colors.
The man is so small and with such a colorful reflection...Shows how big even a seemingly small covered bridge is. I like the angles cast by the bridge reflected on the water too.
wonder if he got any fish? Great reflection.
Hello everybody! happy to meet you, my regards from a Greek in Germany
hee hee...
Nice tie-in of your World-Famous Weekend Reflections meme with «Louis'» budding Sunday Bridge meme. «Louis» has your link posted now.
Covered bridges are so beautiful.
Beautiful shot---frame-able. The reflection is super. It's a beauty. MB
Thanks for your comment validating the street light in my NYC photo. I liked it, too, then I started wondering if it really "should" be there. It's good to have a second opinion :)
I didn't manage to get a reflection in this time, but your covered bridge is gorgeous...
It is a man standing in a mirror.
Your photography is always wonderful!!
Fantastic photo!
