Waiting? (Weekend Street/Reflections # 12)

 Santa Ana, California

Photographs can be visual templates for stories. We can fill in the blanks.

A few weeks ago, I posted a photo of a woman waiting for a bus in Paris, or maybe she was just resting her feet.

What's the story here?

She could be waiting for someone, or perhaps she's waiting for a pizza, or maybe it's something completely different.

Now you can link reflections and/or street photography.

Please no posed pictures, portraits, animals etc. unless of course there is a reflection.

Click here for street photography examples and inspiration.

"Street photography, a genre of photography that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge."

The best photo stories are always about beautiful women, well dressed women. Strong image, James.

Great image. She looks content and very thoughtful.

She is trying to attract attention and more customers. I think she is pressing the pizza, as per the store name. Anyway if I'm wrong you have a nice picture.

I think she is desperately waiting for customers.
As we continue into an extended lockdown she is typical of most of our restaurants.
