Neorealismo (Weekend Street/Reflections # 131)

 Florence, Italy

The pouring rain didn't stop this guy.

For a moment it felt like I was transported into an old Italian neorealism film.

                                              Have a great weekend!

Now you can link reflections and/or street photography.

Please no posed pictures, portraits, animals, etc. unless there is a reflection.

"Street photography is a genre of photography that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge."

James, your photo could be a still from a Fellini film. Wet streets always look great in photos.

Despite the rain, snug as a bug in a rug.

His ride won't be too long on this island like part of the city. Unless maybe he rode over on the fairy. Or from a tourist boat.
I think he is on the bike because his wife took the car to go to work. That happened to me when our Vespa motorscooter served as the second car.

he looks too large for that bike James but he is battling on in the rain anyway. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a great week ahead
