A Fishing Pier on Lake Luxembourg

Follow me to the end of this little pier but please watch your step because it's a bit rickety.

I used the Ortonish effect from Picnik on this photo.

I think you are inclined to take this picture ( I mean because I guess you are very tall), and I have the right sensation that I'm there , it's wonderful, FANTASTIC picture!
*** I could not understand about the effect, anyway it's wonderful!

I don't know what the Ortonish effect is, but I like this picture. Really nice composition!

You really nailed this one! Great color, perspective, depth of field, the clouds reflecting in the water and the water fading to the clear rust color. Great shot James!

I'd be right behind you, James. Fearless is my middle name. What a great shot... I knew I'd like it before it even all downloaded on my screen.

James, I think that StickUpArtist said it all! Add to those comments the great parallel wood lines and shadows that focus to a point. Just wonderful!

It may be rickety, but it sure looks welcoming! Love your low angle and how you captured the wood's texture.

Yes. The progress may need courage.

However, the view from this top seems to be beautiful.

That must surely be the bridge where the trolls live! It looks to rickety and rackety
