Wow - love those reflections of the trees in the water. The lighting is gorgeous for this shot. The little pieces of ice floating on the water adds another dimension to the photo. I love it!

It's like adding jewelry to dress up casual attire! This, otherwise, not so impressive body of water is now dressed to the 9's!

That line of slow moving ice is mesmerising, James. Thank you so much for maintaining this meme. It is one of the highlights of my week to go around and look at the wonderful contributions.

More than just water and ice James. Your image is a good one and another fine reflection.

I'm late today. Been playing with my new toys and just now logged onto my computer.

I love how you see just enough land at the top of the photo, it makes a nice frame for the shot.

Your river and trees look really cold.
OTOH, my reflection this week is from a trip to the warm Judean Desert where we were sweating in T shirts.

Hey James: Sorry about last week's entry.. I got the reflection this week but titled the photo rather than the blog in your mylinky list.. I'll get it right one day..

Cheers.

Hi James, I was thinking of both of you when I saw your post about your "vacation". I would have loved to meet both you and Lucy. Hehehe, I am collecting bloggy friends meet up. I have already met Amanda Moore and hopefully Happy Retired Gal, the three of us will have a photo shoot one of these days.

Geez, James...You escaped from the cold to come into the rain! Hope you are having a marvellous time, back close to the old homestead. I was at the Orange AMC 50 to watch the live broadcast of Carmen from the Met on Saturday. Maybe you were there too? :)
I love the two tone, warm feel of the picture...even the ice is melting from the warmth.
